Emily Devine is an artist and designer living in Maybole, South Ayrshire.
Her creations feature bold use of colour and punchy graphics. She is best known for her own brand; Big Bully which was inspired by her love of her own bull terriers Kasper and Luna.
Favouring design over fine art, she revels in art with a purpose: art you can take with you into the world to spark conversation and kinship.
Emily is an advocate of Maybole, creating the Marvellous Maybole logo during lockdown and is the founding member of the Maybole Makers having coined the name in 2020 whilst teaching community art classes at Goudies on Maybole’s High Street.
With a background in education, Emily can turn her hand to most media and her subjects include pets, landscapes and buildings
