The Artists bio

I’ve recently been spending time in other parts of the west coast of Scotland and this has provided resource material such as sketches and studies done out in the landscape. Some of these have been worked up in the studio resulting in a new collection of paintings both large and small depicting the sea and coast. I’ve also been using new materials such as acrylics and mixed media to capture still life subjects found around my home or on my travels.
